Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, odor-free, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that we currently do not offer exchanges and we cannot accept returns on sales items or gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item for us to amend. Please attach an image to support the issue.
REFUNDS
All successful returned items in line with our policy will be credited to the original payment method used to purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Please note we will not be liable for any shipping charges on refunds.
